Markerless Motion Capture to Quantify Functional Performance in Neurodegeneration: Systematic Review
The integration of knowledge gleaned from analyzing various types of functional tasks will empower clinicians to better assist individuals with neurodegeneration in enhancing their quality of life.
It was not feasible to conduct a meta-analysis of the reviewed studies due to significant heterogeneity in the MMC models evaluated, the features extracted, and the analysis methods used.

Within the scope of this project, we also collected data from 11 participants with depression, which we excluded from the analysis of this study because of the focus on neurodegeneration. The remaining 45 participants (26 female individuals), aged between 52 and 87 (mean 68.4, SD 9.82) years, consisted of 27 HC participants and 18 participants with Co I. A list of inclusion and exclusion criteria is presented in Textbox 1.

Biomarkers of neurodegeneration and inflammation will be examined as exploratory CG secondary outcomes (dotted box outline). Nite CAPP CARES: cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; Nite CAPP SHARES: active web-based sleep hygiene and related education control.
The base Nite CAPP platform was developed in 2019 by the study team and was based on a 4-session CBT-I treatment protocol developed by the first author (CSM) and used for research [10,32] and clinical service delivery for >20 years.
